I found a house on Zillow and used the find a agent tab. Zillow connected me to Heather. I only wanted to see one particular house that was listed at like 380,000. She asked a few questions, and I told her very briefly what i was looking for. we met up a few hours later, and she had like five additional houses to show me. During our brief phone conversation she was able to find exactly what i was looking for without me even knowing what i wanted. I am a very direct and time efficient person, and Heather adapted to my personality perfectly. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. We found the perfect property that suited my needs that very same day. The very next day we put an offer in. She also helped me connect with a very knowledgeable Lending company who helped in every step of the process. Heather knew my price point and what i wanted in terms of closing concessions, and she negotiated so well that i got exactly what i wanted. If Zillow hadn't set me up with Heather I wouldn't have found the home of my dreams. I mean that sincerely. The house I ended up with was one that Heather had on her list.
